At Rhino Greenhouses, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gardening investment. If your structure or accessories do not meet your expectations, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble any components and place all items in their original heavy-duty packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Schedule Collection
For large greenhouse structures, we will coordinate a specialized freight pickup at your convenience; for smaller accessories, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
